Job Summary
Driving strategic data-informed decisions, the full-time remote Data Analytics Consultant IV will design, develop, and maintain data models and business intelligence solutions focused on risk adjustment reporting while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and automate business and reporting solutions, ensuring consistency and coherency in design and implementation
- Execute creative data analytic approaches to derive actionable outcomes, including defining metrics and conducting various statistical analyses
- Consult with clients to clarify business needs, translating requirements into data collection methods and analysis plans
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Social/Physical/Life Science, Business, or related field
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in data analytics or a directly related field
- At least one (1) year of experience in a leadership role
- Hands-on experience with Power BI, DAX, SQL, and understanding of ETL processes
- Experience with relational data and modern data pipelines, preferably with Databricks
