Data Analytics Consultant IV

Job Summary

Driving strategic data-informed decisions, the full-time remote Data Analytics Consultant IV will manage the development and maintenance of data models and business intelligence solutions, focusing on risk adjustment reporting and analytics using tools like Power BI and Databricks.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and automate business and reporting solutions in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring consistency and clarity in data presentation
• Conduct complex data analyses to produce actionable insights and support decision-making processes across various business functions
• Gather and prepare data for analytics by validating sources, integrating datasets, and ensuring data quality and accuracy

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Social/Physical/Life Science, Business, or a related field
• Minimum five (5) years of experience in data analytics or a directly related field
• At least one (1) year of experience in a leadership role
• Hands-on experience with data visualization tools, particularly Power BI, and proficiency in SQL
• Understanding of ETL processes and dimensional modeling concepts
