Job Summary
To support the Risk Adjustment Reporting and Analytics team, the full-time Data Analytics Consultant IV will design, develop, and maintain data models and business intelligence solutions using Power BI and Databricks, focusing on delivering high-quality reporting and actionable insights for risk-adjusted programs in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and automate business and reporting solutions, ensuring consistency and coherence while collaborating with stakeholders
- Execute creative data analytic approaches to define metrics, conduct analyses, and translate findings into actionable insights for decision-making
- Gather and prepare data for analysis, ensuring data quality and accuracy while integrating and consolidating data from various sources
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Social/Physical/Life Science, Business, or related field
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in data analytics or a directly related field
- At least one (1) year of experience in a leadership role
- Hands-on experience with Power BI, DAX, SQL, and ETL processes
- Understanding of dimensional modeling concepts and modern data pipelines
