Job Summary
Driving strategic data-informed decisions, the full-time remote Data Analytics Consultant IV will develop and maintain data models and business intelligence solutions, focusing on risk adjustment reporting and analytics while utilizing tools such as Power BI and Databricks.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and automate business and reporting solutions, ensuring consistency and coherence in data reporting
- Gather and prepare data for analytic efforts, ensuring data quality and accuracy while developing analytical models
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define business needs and translate them into actionable insights and reporting solutions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Social/Physical/Life Science, Business, or related field
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in data analytics or a directly related field
- At least one (1) year of experience in a leadership role
- Hands-on experience with Power BI, DAX, and SQL
- Understanding of ETL processes and dimensional modeling concepts
