Data Analytics Consultant IV
Job Summary
To support the Risk Adjustment Reporting and Analytics team, the full-time remote Data Analytics Consultant IV will design, develop, and maintain data models and business intelligence solutions, focusing on Power BI and Databricks to deliver actionable insights into risk score performance.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and automate business reporting solutions while collaborating with stakeholders to ensure consistency and clarity
- Execute creative data analytic approaches to drive strategic data-informed decisions and prepare data for analysis
- Interpret data analyses and present insights to stakeholders, enabling informed decision-making and identifying opportunities for improvement
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Social/Physical/Life Science, Business, or a related field
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in data analytics or a directly related field
- At least one (1) year of experience in a leadership role
- Hands-on experience with Power BI, DAX, and SQL
- Understanding of ETL processes and dimensional modeling concepts
