Job Summary
Driving strategic data-informed decisions, the full-time remote Data Analytics Consultant IV will focus on developing and maintaining data models and business intelligence solutions, particularly using Power BI and Databricks, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance risk adjustment reporting and analytics.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and automate business and reporting solutions, ensuring consistency and coherence in data presentation
- Execute creative data analytic approaches to derive actionable insights and support decision-making processes
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define metrics, and translate complex data into clear reporting formats
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Social/Physical/Life Science, Business, or a related field
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in data analytics or a directly related field
- Hands-on experience with Power BI, DAX, and SQL
- Understanding of ETL processes and dimensional modeling concepts
- Experience in developing data visualizations and working with relational data
