Job Summary
Driving strategic data-informed decisions, the full-time remote Data Analytics Consultant IV will manage the development and maintenance of data models and business intelligence solutions, focusing on risk adjustment reporting and analytics while utilizing Power BI and Databricks.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and automate business and reporting solutions, ensuring data quality and consistency
- Execute creative data analytic approaches to produce actionable outcomes and insights for stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to clarify analytical requirements and enhance reporting capabilities
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Social/Physical/Life Science, Business, or related field
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in data analytics or a directly related field
- Hands-on experience with Power BI, DAX, SQL, and data visualization tools
- Understanding of ETL processes and dimensional modeling concepts
- One (1) year of experience in a leadership role, with or without direct reports
