Job Summary
Driving strategic data-informed decisions, the full-time remote Data Analytics Consultant IV will manage risk adjustment reporting and analytics, focusing on developing business intelligence solutions and scalable data foundations using Power BI and Databricks.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and automate business and reporting solutions while collaborating with stakeholders to ensure consistency and coherence
- Execute creative data analytic approaches to generate actionable outcomes, including defining metrics and conducting various statistical analyses
- Interpret data analyses and present insights to stakeholders to influence decision-making and improve business efficiencies
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Social/Physical/Life Science, Business, or a related field
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in data analytics or a directly related field
- At least one (1) year of experience in a leadership role, with or without direct reports
- Hands-on experience with Power BI, DAX, SQL, and understanding of ETL processes
- Experience with data visualization and statistical modeling techniques
