Job Summary
Driving strategic data-informed decisions, the full-time salaried Data Analytics Consultant IV will develop and maintain business intelligence solutions, focusing on risk adjustment reporting and analytics, while working remotely from specified locations.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and automate business and reporting solutions, ensuring consistency and coherence in design and implementation
- Execute creative data analytic approaches to drive actionable outcomes, including defining metrics and conducting various statistical analyses
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, interpret analyses, and present insights that influence decision-making
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Social/Physical/Life Science, Business, or related field
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in data analytics or a directly related field
- Hands-on experience with Power BI, DAX, SQL, and understanding of ETL processes and dimensional modeling
- Minimum one (1) year experience in a leadership role
- Experience with data visualization tools and statistical programming languages
