Data Analytics Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Analytics Coordinator to support voter engagement and data management efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the design and implementation of statewide voter engagement programs and manage voter contact platforms
• Develop and maintain internal databases and generate performance reports for internal and external stakeholders
• Facilitate DART team strategy meetings and train staff on data tools to enhance campaign targeting and strategy

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in data management, political organizing, or campaign analytics
• Proficiency in VAN, Excel/Google Sheets, and organizing tools
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Commitment to racial, economic, and social justice
• Willingness to work evenings/weekends during peak campaign cycles
