Job Summary

Leading client engagements and driving analytics initiatives, the full-time Data & Analytics Director will manage project scope and budgets, oversee the delivery of data solutions, and contribute to business development efforts in a hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate complex data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making and business outcomes
• Design and execute analytics initiatives using modern analytical techniques involving structured and unstructured data
• Manage projects from requirements gathering through implementation, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and timelines

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline such as Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Statistics, or Computer Science
• Experience in analytics, consulting, audit, or technology implementation within client-service environments
• Proven ability to drive growth through new and existing client relationships
• Experience leading teams and managing complex engagements
• Demonstrated ability to independently research and develop practical solutions
