Data Analytics Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Analytics Engineer to design and build analytics-ready data assets for the insurance value chain.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to define KPIs and develop scalable analytics solutions
• Design and maintain dashboards and reports using BI platforms
• Define data governance standards and ensure data quality and performance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in data science, computer science, statistics, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in data analytics or data engineering
• Experience with cloud data warehouses, preferably Snowflake, and transformation tools like dbt
• Strong experience in building dashboards in BI platforms such as Sigma or Power BI
• Knowledge of data integration methods and dimensional modeling
