Data & Analytics Engineer
Job Summary
Combining expertise in data engineering and analytics delivery, the full-time salaried Data & Analytics Engineer will design modern lakehouse architectures, build ELT/ETL pipelines, and create complex Power BI reports while serving as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients in a remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement data platforms using Microsoft Fabric and Databricks, optimizing data ingestion and transformation pipelines
- Create interactive Power BI reports and dashboards, developing complex data models and ensuring data quality
- Engage with client stakeholders to gather requirements and provide expert guidance on data platform and analytics solutions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
- 5+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, and/or BI consulting
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric and/or Databricks
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including DAX authoring and performance optimization
- Strong SQL skills with a focus on performance tuning and analytical query design
