Data & Analytics Engineer
Job Summary
To support commercial pharmaceutical initiatives, the full-time Data & Analytics Engineer will design data models, develop ETL/ELT pipelines, and implement data quality checks in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Design data models integrating various data sources including Rx/sales and digital data
- Develop ETL/ELT pipelines and reusable curated datasets for analytics
- Implement data quality and source-to-target validation checks while creating standardized KPI logic
Required qualifications
- 5 to 8+ years of experience in analytics or data engineering, with 3+ years in pharma or biotech commercial data preferred
- Expertise in data modeling, including fact and dimension design and analytical marts
- Proficiency in advanced SQL and Python for data processing and automation
- Experience with ETL/ELT development using dbt or similar tools
- Familiarity with commercial data sources such as IQVIA Xponent and CRM systems like Veeva or Salesforce
