Data & Analytics Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data & Analytics Lead, Carrier Solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary data & analytics contact for the carrier solutions client, managing the client relationship and contributing to data solution development
• Define the analytics roadmap and data architecture to support carrier relationships, focusing on standardization, automation, and optimization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data is leveraged as a strategic asset for the Carrier Solutions platform

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in analytics, analytics engineering, data science, or business intelligence
• 3+ years of experience in a data-facing role with external partners or clients; consulting experience preferred
• Expert proficiency in SQL, dbt, and data visualization tools; knowledge of Python or R is a plus
• Strong understanding of data pipelines, architecture, and integration best practices
• Experience in the insurance, benefits, or healthcare industries is a strong plus
