Data & Analytics Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a BU Lead, Data & Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and deployment of business intelligence datasets and reporting dashboards
• Partner with senior leadership to execute strategic initiatives for the Data & Analytics function
• Collect, clean, and analyze data to identify trends and drive data-driven solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience preferred
• 8 or more years of experience in an analytical or reporting role focused on quantitative analysis
• Experience with business intelligence, data warehousing, and data analysis using SQL, Python, or similar tools
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Spotfire, or Power BI
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
