Data & Analytics Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Data & Analytics to lead their data initiatives and analytics efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage the data source of truth, including KPIs and definitions
• Provide timely insights and maintain a clear reporting cadence for executives
• Define and drive the data platform roadmap, including ETL/ELT and warehouse strategies

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in analytics, BI, product analytics, or analytics engineering
• Proven track record in building metrics foundations and resolving discrepancies
• Strong proficiency in SQL and analytical judgment
• Experience with core data foundations, including warehouse and ETL/ELT
• Comfortable working independently in a remote, distributed team environment
