Key Responsibilities

• Organize, prioritize, and execute a roadmap for scalable analytical support across various teams
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor growth, engagement, and clinical outcomes
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify data needs and inform data collection strategies

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with SQL or other data querying languages
• Hands-on experience with modern data stacks and tools such as Snowflake, Fivetran, and dbt
• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field
• Practical knowledge of statistics and data analysis techniques
• Experience in building and maintaining analytics, reporting, and dashboarding solutions
