Key Responsibilities

• Directly manage and mentor a team of Data Analysts, guiding their work and fostering a culture of learning
• Act as the primary strategic data partner to the Group PM, measuring the impact of product launches and performing ad-hoc analytics
• Prioritize the team's roadmap, balancing operational and product wins with scalable data infrastructure projects

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product analytics, data analytics, or a similar quantitative field
• 2+ years of team leadership experience, with a focus on building high-performing teams
• Expertise in advanced SQL for data extraction and manipulation
• Strong experience in designing interactive dashboards and familiarity with BI tools like Hex
• Understanding of product metrics and user behavior analytics
