Data Analytics Lead

Job Summary

Driving strategic data initiatives, the full-time remote Data Analytics Lead will manage complex analytics projects, mentor junior analysts, and collaborate with business stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency and client outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Design and lead end-to-end analytics projects addressing strategic business questions across various domains
• Architect and maintain scalable data models and reporting tools while synthesizing findings into clear narratives for diverse audiences
• Partner with business leaders to translate needs into analytical project plans and present findings to senior leadership

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related quantitative field
• 6+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related role, with at least 2 years in a lead capacity
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and strong working knowledge of Python or R for analytical workflows
• Expertise with BI and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
• Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing concepts, and ETL processes
