Data Analytics Lead

Job Summary

Partnering with analytics leadership, the full-time Data Analytics Lead will evaluate and implement dashboard and reporting enhancements during a multi-year enterprise transformation, working remotely to ensure accuracy and stability throughout the transition.

Key responsibilities:

• Review current dashboards and reporting logic to define requirements for the transition state
• Co-develop the evolution of dashboards and reporting with the client's Data & Analytics Lead
• Conduct impact assessments and ensure dashboards are tested and validated for business continuity

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or reporting within enterprise environments
• Hands-on experience with dashboard design and enhancement in Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools
• Strong SQL skills for data querying and validation
• Experience conducting impact assessments and translating strategic requirements into technical plans
• Familiarity with data governance frameworks and ETL processes
