Data Analytics Lead
Job Summary
Owning the data systems and measurement analyses, the full-time Data Analytics Lead will work remotely to modernize data architecture, guide customer data integrations, and execute custom analyses while leading a team of data analysts and engineers.
Key responsibilities
- Modernize data architecture to be AI-ready and accessible for users
- Guide execution of data integrations into customer systems in collaboration with the solutions engineering team
- Lead and mentor a team of data analysts and engineers while executing client-specific analytical requests
Required qualifications
- Deep expertise in SQL and Python, with strong capabilities in data modeling and quantitative analysis
- Strong command of modern data architecture, particularly for AI readiness
- 10+ years of experience in data science/analytics and/or data engineering roles, including managerial experience
- Relevant experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry
- Undergraduate or master's degree in a technical discipline such as computer science, statistics, or engineering
