Data Analytics Lead
Job Summary
Owning the data systems and measurement analyses, the full-time Data Analytics Lead will work remotely to modernize data architecture, guide customer data integrations, and execute custom analyses while mentoring a team of data analysts and engineers.
Key responsibilities
- Modernize data architecture to be AI-ready and accessible for users
- Guide the execution of data integrations into customer systems with the solutions engineering team
- Execute client-specific custom analytical requests in collaboration with client services
Required qualifications
- Deep expertise in SQL and Python, with strong capabilities in data modeling and quantitative analysis
- Strong command of modern data architecture, particularly for AI readiness
- 10+ years of experience in data science/analytics or data engineering, including managerial roles
- Recent experience related to the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry
- Undergraduate or master's degree in a technical discipline such as computer science, statistics, or engineering
