Data Analytics Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager - Data & Analytics Services (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the design, development, and delivery of data and analytics solutions across the healthcare system
• Lead teams in business intelligence development, data engineering, and integration programming
• Manage and improve the Analytics Department while guiding the Data & Analytics Services team

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience in data and analytics roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership position
• Experience with EMR and ERP systems and proficiency in SQL, Python, or other data engineering languages
• Familiarity with healthcare data standards such as HL7 and FHIR
• Strong knowledge of BI tools and experience with enterprise data governance frameworks
