Data Analytics Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Data Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of data analysts and engineers, defining roles and setting KPIs
• Oversee the development of data assets, including pipelines and governance frameworks
• Support the execution of the organization's data strategy and promote data-informed decision-making

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field required (Master's preferred)
• 7+ years of experience in analytics or data engineering, including 2-4 years in a leadership role
• Strong SQL development and data modeling skills; experience with BI tools preferred
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and tools such as Snowflake and Databricks
• Understanding of ETL/ELT processes and data warehousing concepts
