Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Analytics Manager to lead the analytics function and a team of Analytics Engineers.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement the analytics strategy to ensure data accuracy and accessibility
• Lead and develop a team of Analytics Engineers, overseeing recruitment and performance
• Manage the full lifecycle of analytics projects, including data sourcing, quality, and implementation

Required Qualifications and Education

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred
• 6+ years of hands-on experience in data engineering, data warehousing, and analytics
• Proficiency in SQL and database design; Python experience is a plus
• Expertise in data management and modern platforms such as Snowflake, DBT, and Dagster
• Experience in leading and mentoring data engineers
