Data Analytics Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Data Analytics to lead and grow a team of analysts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with the director on team vision, hiring, and prioritization of analytical work
• Co-create executive narratives and presentations for senior leadership forums
• Build and maintain cross-functional relationships to support data-driven decision-making

Required Qualifications:

• 6-8 years of experience in analytics or business intelligence
• People management experience leading a team of 4 or more
• Experience working across multiple business domains
• Analytical fluency with the ability to assess methodologies and metrics
• Experience with Databricks or similar cloud-based analytical platforms preferred
