Key Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of analysts, ensuring alignment with business priorities and project oversight
• Translate business needs into structured analytical approaches and deliver actionable insights through dashboards and reports
• Collaborate with leadership to support analytics initiatives and stay updated on market trends and data governance

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience managing analytics teams with a focus on people management
• 6-8 years of experience in quantitative analytics and healthcare data, particularly in pharmacy benefits
• Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and modern data stack technologies
• Experience with BI tools for data visualization and storytelling
• Knowledge of metric standardization and analytics governance practices
