Data & Analytics Manager

Job Summary

Leading analytics strategy and measurement for client engagements, the full-time remote Data & Analytics Manager will implement analytics solutions, define success metrics, and translate data into actionable insights while managing a small team of analysts.

Key responsibilities

• Lead discovery engagements to define business objectives, KPIs, and measurement frameworks aligned to organizational goals
• Implement and configure analytics platforms, ensuring data quality and governance across systems
• Manage and mentor a team of analysts, providing coaching and fostering a collaborative team environment

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in digital analytics, data strategy, or marketing analytics
• Experience in a consulting, agency, or professional services environment
• Strong client management and consulting skills
• Experience with GA4, GTM, Looker Studio, Tableau, and related analytics platforms
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
