Data & Analytics Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Data & Analytics Manager, the ideal candidate will lead the strategy and optimization of syndicated data assets, focusing on consumer insights and business performance analysis in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary subject matter expert for syndicated data sources, including Circana and retailer POS platforms
• Analyze and model data to deliver actionable insights that support strategic planning and growth opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance reporting, forecasting, and overall analytics capabilities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in CPG insights, analytics, or related functions
• Deep hands-on experience with Circana and familiarity with Numerator and retailer POS platforms
• Understanding of statistical modeling techniques and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across various levels of the organization
