Data Analytics Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team of analysts, the full-time Data Analytics Manager will oversee the analytics function for multiple gaming titles, ensuring high standards in methodology and driving automation and AI integration, all while working remotely from Canada.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of four analysts, providing direction and growth opportunities
• Own and manage the centralized analytics roadmap, prioritizing tooling, automation, and enablement tasks
• Establish high standards for analytical methodologies, including A/B testing governance and data storytelling

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in analytics or data science, with at least 2 years in a management role
• Deep expertise in A/B testing and experimentation methodologies
• Advanced SQL skills and fluency in modern data stack technologies
• Strong understanding of consumer product KPIs in a live service or F2P context
• Proven ability to drive adoption of AI and automation within analytics teams
