Data Analytics Manager

Job Summary

To lead the analytics function for educational products, the full-time remote Data Analytics Manager will build and maintain analytics infrastructure, transform data into actionable insights, and support product development by ensuring data governance and quality.

Key responsibilities

• Own the analytics infrastructure for GroweLab, designing dashboards and reports to track platform usage and learner progress
• Lead the analytical interpretation of survey and measurement tools, translating results into actionable insights for partners
• Establish data governance standards and ensure data accuracy across all systems and platforms

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Education Research, Business Analytics, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, learning analytics, or educational measurement
• Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI
• Experience working with learning platform data or student/educator outcome data
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate insights to non-technical audiences
