• Lead and execute complex data-related analytical projects to drive business decisions and efficiencies

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, IT, or related field
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing analysts or audit/compliance teams
• Advanced SQL skills with experience analyzing large healthcare datasets
• Healthcare regulatory audit experience supporting CMS, state audits, or compliance programs
• Experience with reporting tools such as Power BI or Excel to deliver data-driven insights
