Job Summary

Leading data analytics and business transformation engagements, the full-time Data Analytics Manager will oversee project delivery, mentor consultants, and collaborate with clients to develop data-driven solutions in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the design and implementation of dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions while leading data transformation initiatives
• Partner with client stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver scalable data-driven solutions
• Mentor consultants and participate in business development initiatives to enhance client relationships

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or technology consulting
• Proven experience managing cross-functional projects and delivering data-driven business solutions
• Familiarity with business intelligence platforms such as Power BI or Tableau
• Experience with programming languages like Python, SQL, or R for scalable business solutions
• Background in partnering with finance, accounting, or business operations teams to implement data-driven solutions
