Data Analytics Manager

Job Summary

Overseeing a team of business analysts, the full-time remote Manager of Operational Reporting will ensure the delivery of accurate data insights to support organizational decision-making and manage projects related to data reporting and analytics.

Key responsibilities

• Become a subject matter expert on data systems and business processes, ensuring effective workflows and data collection
• Recruit, mentor, and manage a team of data analysts, guiding best practices in data management and analytics
• Oversee the timely submission of data reports to stakeholders, while collaborating with technology leaders to align data strategies

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or Applied Mathematics
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in data management, data architecture, or data governance
• Proven experience managing teams or work experience as a data manager
• Strong background in designing and implementing data governance frameworks or scalable data solutions
• Experience with advanced data analytics tools or enterprise-level data systems
