Data Analytics Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team of data professionals, the full-time Data Analytics Manager will manage the collection, validation, analysis, and reporting of complex healthcare data to support operational and strategic decision-making while ensuring data integrity and consistency across various sources.

Key responsibilities

• Oversees the design, development, and maintenance of analytics and reporting solutions for executive leadership and operational teams
• Manages and develops a team of data analysts and reporting analysts, including performance management and workload prioritization
• Guides analysis related to utilization, cost containment, and operational outcomes, ensuring clarity and actionable insights

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Math, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
• At least 8 years of experience in data analytics, reporting, or data management
• Minimum of 1 year of leadership or management experience
• Healthcare and/or managed care experience, particularly in claims and regulatory reporting
• Strong experience with SQL and relational databases
