Data Analytics Manager

Job Summary

To drive measurable improvements in returns center efficiency and product quality, the full-time remote Data Analytics Manager will manage end-to-end analytics initiatives, focusing on building dashboards, optimizing warehouse productivity, and diagnosing refund accuracy.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain dashboards and automated reporting for core KPIs related to returns and inventory
• Measure and optimize warehouse productivity through workforce analytics and performance analysis
• Diagnose refund accuracy issues and implement preventive monitoring to improve quality

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline; Master's preferred
• 7+ years of experience in data analytics, operations analytics, or supply chain analytics
• Expert-level SQL proficiency and experience with large-scale transactional datasets
• Proficiency in Python or R for statistical analysis and data modeling
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations
