Data Analytics Manager

Job Summary

Managing a team of business analysts, the full-time remote Data Analytics Manager will oversee workflow to ensure timely processing, serve as a subject matter expert, and conduct root cause analyses to drive process improvements across encounter operations.

Key responsibilities

• Directing the development and management of internal and external reporting on operational, financial, quality, and compliance metrics
• Implementing controls to monitor encounter performance and ensuring strategic objectives are met through data analysis
• Building and mentoring a high-performing analytics team while collaborating with business leaders to prioritize projects

Required qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics or Computer Science, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of direct, relevant experience in analytics or informatics
• Expert level knowledge of SQL and experience with business intelligence tools like Qlikview or Tableau
• Proven track record of managing high-performing teams and executing key analyses with minimal supervision
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse internal clients
