Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote Data Analytics Manager, the successful candidate will manage a team of three Data Analysts, focusing on enhancing analytical practices, developing talent, and navigating the evolving implications of AI in data usage.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of Data Analysts, fostering their growth and improving analytical practices
• Oversee the prioritization and execution of data projects, ensuring quality and clear communication across the team
• Guide the team in adapting to the complexities of a growing data landscape and the integration of AI tools

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in managing or leading data practitioners in a high-growth environment
• Strong hands-on SQL skills and familiarity with dbt-style data modeling and BI tools
• Exceptional analytical judgment with the ability to calibrate analysis depth based on decision context
• Experience in developing and implementing effective data practices within a team
• Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly through visual and written formats
