Data Analytics Manager

Job Summary

To support the Clinical Analytic Team, the remote Manager of Data Analytics will manage complex data issues, collaborate with engineering and data teams to implement solutions, and communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Key responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for production issues, communicating with internal teams and external customers to triage data issues
• Drive the scoping and execution of analytical requests by defining key questions and methodologies in collaboration with stakeholders
• Enhance operational and analytical dashboards while identifying opportunities to create models and tools that streamline processes

Required qualifications:

• 4+ years of technical work experience using analytical tools and writing analytical reports
• 2+ years of experience in SQL, or proficiency in R or Python, including experience with data manipulation and statistical tests
• 4+ years in a client-facing role with experience managing issues externally
• 1+ years of experience in healthcare, finance, or the insurance industry
• 5+ examples/projects demonstrating strong communication skills around business reporting impact and requirements
