Data & Analytics Practice Lead

Job Summary

Leading the Data & Analytics practice, the full-time Practice Lead will manage technical direction, business development, and project delivery while working onsite in Los Angeles or New York.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the Data & Analytics practice's revenue and budgets, driving business growth and identifying customer opportunities
• Manage daily operations, including project management, resource allocation, and budgeting, to ensure effective practice performance
• Architect solutions and lead project teams through all phases of project delivery, ensuring client satisfaction and high-quality execution

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in a consulting or data-focused role, with expert-level SQL skills and familiarity with platforms like Snowflake and Databricks
• 3+ years of experience in professional services and pre-sales as a data architect
• Strong knowledge of cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and business intelligence tools (Tableau, Power BI)
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, information systems, computer science, business administration, or related fields
• 10+ years of experience in project management and system integration within an Agile environment
