Data Analytics Product Manager

Job Summary

Driving the evolution of a next-generation engagement platform, the full-time remote Data Analytics Product Manager will manage product discovery, requirements definition, and delivery for data, analytics, reporting, and intelligence capabilities while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance member engagement and client outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Own product discovery and define requirements for data and analytics capabilities within the platform
• Partner with Engineering and Data teams to clarify technical dependencies and support execution
• Translate business and user needs into actionable product requirements, user stories, and success metrics

Required qualifications

• 4-7 years of experience in product management or related roles with strong product ownership exposure
• Experience with data, analytics, reporting, and technical product capabilities
• Strong ability to translate ambiguous business needs into clear product requirements
• Proficiency in using Jira and Confluence for managing product work and documentation
• Understanding of technical concepts such as data flows, integrations, and reporting logic
