Data Analytics Project Manager

Job Summary

Managing project execution remotely, the full-time Data Analytics Project Manager will oversee schedules, budgets, and team performance while ensuring successful delivery of data migration and validation projects in the healthcare IT sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee data migration deliverables, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met
• Manage testing deliverables, including coordination of test cycles and validation readiness
• Facilitate clinical validation activities by coordinating with stakeholders to review Data Collection Workbooks

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (Oracle Cerner certification is equivalent to 3 years of experience)
• 8+ years of experience managing complex healthcare IT, EHR/EMR, or data migration programs
• Strong understanding of data migration lifecycle activities and validation processes
• Proven experience in program management and stakeholder coordination
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
