Data Analytics Project Manager

Job Summary

Overseeing project execution in a remote full-time capacity, the Data Analytics EHR Project Manager will manage schedules, budgets, risks, and team performance while ensuring successful delivery of data migration and validation projects in the healthcare IT sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee data migration deliverables, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and dependencies are met
• Manage data migration testing deliverables, including coordination of test cycles and validation readiness
• Facilitate clinical validation activities by coordinating with CMIO stakeholders to review Data Collection Workbooks (DCWs)

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; completion of Oracle Cerner certification program counts as 3 years of experience
• 8+ years of experience managing complex healthcare IT, EHR/EMR, or data migration programs
• Strong understanding of data migration lifecycle activities and go-live readiness
• Proven program management and stakeholder coordination experience
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
