Job Summary

A company is looking for a Unit Data Analytics Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide analytics to support hypothesis building and guide business decision-making
• Generate ongoing reports to identify areas for improvement in local performance
• Collaborate with stakeholders to share actionable insights and contribute to continuous improvement

Qualifications

• University degree in Mathematics or Statistics and 1 year of related experience, or minimum 3 years of related experience
• Experience as an analyst in a contact centre environment
• Experience in a global matrix organization
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Proficiency in Excel Data Analytics; experience with Power BI, Power Automate, and SQL is preferred
