Key Responsibilities

• Oversee a team delivering data analysis, reporting, and data infrastructure support
• Lead complex analytics projects and ensure quality assurance for reports and dashboards
• Manage team performance, provide mentorship, and modernize reporting processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience
• At least 5 years of experience in data analytics with demonstrated leadership potential
• 1-2 years in a leadership or supervisory role preferred
• Proven experience with data warehouses, SQL, and reporting tools
• Strong understanding of data modeling and relational databases
