Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Analytics Team Lead to provide performance management support for data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced data analytics to measure program performance against benchmark targets
• Consolidate data from multiple systems to support programmatic decision-making
• Develop and maintain performance management tools and enablement tools for data quality improvement

Required Qualifications and Education

• Minimum 8+ years of experience with DHS or DoD
• Minimum 8+ years of data analytics experience
• BA or BS in Management, Engineering, or Business
• PMP certification required
• Must possess a Public Trust security clearance
