Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Data & AI Architect.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and lead a team of Data & AI Technical Architects to enhance customer success across the full customer journey
• Establish technical standards and engage with Sales Leadership to align technical architect capacity with high-impact opportunities
• Drive alignment with Product and Engineering teams to influence architectural decisions and ensure customer outcomes translate into business value

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years in Solution Engineering, Technical Architecture, or related technical leadership roles in Data, Analytics, and AI
• Proven experience in hiring and developing teams of senior technical architects
• BS in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred
• Strong technical credibility across enterprise data platforms, AI/ML concepts, and Salesforce architecture
• Ability to engage and influence C-level executives while remaining grounded in architectural realities
