Data and AI Architect
Job Summary
As a full-time remote Data and AI Architect on the Global Public Sector team, the successful candidate will lead architectural discussions, translate mission requirements into actionable data and AI solutions, and collaborate with various stakeholders to drive the implementation of Salesforce's Data 360 and Agentforce products.
Key responsibilities
- Share insights on enterprise data and AI integration for public sector missions, ensuring alignment with Salesforce's value proposition
- Lead customer discussions on technical strategy, data structures, governance, and compliance to ensure successful solution deployment
- Develop demos and prototypes to build customer confidence and operationalize solutions within public sector constraints
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in technical architecture, enterprise architecture, or related fields, preferably in public sector environments
- Strong understanding of enterprise data, AI, integration, governance, and security concepts
- Experience collaborating across Sales, Product, Engineering, and customer teams to execute solutions
- Ability to communicate complex technical ideas to both executive and technical audiences
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant STEM field or equivalent work experience; graduate study is a plus
