Data and AI Associate Consultant

Job Summary

Supporting client engagements in a remote capacity, the full-time Data and AI Associate Consultant will collaborate with teams to develop and deliver data-driven and AI-enabled strategies for large enterprises, focusing on advanced analytics, responsible AI, and technology transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Assess client data and AI maturity using proprietary frameworks and prioritize AI and analytics use cases
• Gather and synthesize stakeholder insights to create actionable recommendations and strategic opportunity maps
• Assist in the development of AI operating models and governance structures while prototyping AI solutions and measuring business outcomes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative, technical, or business field
• 4+ years of experience in data analytics, machine learning, AI strategy, or enterprise technology transformation
• Advanced proficiency with data platforms and modern data engineering stacks
• Understanding of data governance best practices and compliance requirements for data and AI systems
• Strong analytical skills and experience in developing business cases for data and AI initiatives
